Riviera 65 in Dubai, UAE, is one of the towers within the upscale Riviera project inspired by resorts on the French Côte d'Azur. The famous Azizi Developments is developing the new complex .
The nine-storey building will emerge on the coast of a lagoon in MBR City. The tentative commissioning date is July 2024.

Riviera 65 in MBR City
The tower is under construction in MBR City - one of Dubai’s most prestigious districts. Grocery stores and two international schools (North London Collegiate School and Hartland International School) are within walking distance. As the community develops, new facilities will emerge.
The complex has direct access to Al Khail Road (E44) leading to the centre of Dubai. This enables residents to reach the following popular destinations by car in 10 minutes:
- Downtown Dubai with the Dubai Mall (one of the world’s largest shopping malls), the world’s tallest skyscraper Burj Khalifa, the dancing Dubai Fountain, the modern Dubai Opera and so much more;
